Soleil’s utility-scale solutions emphasize comprehensive turnkey solutions that address all the challenges of developing large scale energy projects on the African continent, including concept, site selection, design and feasibility, permitting, engineering, procurement and logistics, financing, risk management, operations and maintenance. We provide a one-stop shop for industrial and public utility offtakers on the continent.
Our systems may be furnished on build-own-operate basis, whereby we sell electricity via a power purchase agreement, or may be delivered outright to the offtaker. In such cases, we offer operations and maintenance services under a separate contract.
